The rental fee ranges from $300/hr to $3,500/hr for a reception, estimated at 4 hours of event time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events for a full buyout of the venue except daytime Monday through Friday events and a per person food and beverage minimum applied to all events in the semi private and private rooms. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee based on the space rented. Please inquire for food and beverage minimums in December. All guests must be 21+ of age after 8:00PM.Amenities And Requirements
