Our spacious outdoor event space is perfect for social distancing. Please contact us for more information. ***************************************************************************************************************************************** The Italian inspired Sonoma Coast Villa is located on a 60-acre resort just east of Bodega Bay. The tiled roofs, potted plants and unique earth tones are reminiscent of a European Villa in Sonoma Wine Country. Paved courtyards and pathways surround the property leading to an expansive grass area, made private with tall hedges and trees.

Ceremony-$2,500 Choice of Meadow, Upper Terrace or the Carriage House * 4 Hours for set-up, ceremony, and breakdown * $500/Hour for Additional Hours for Set Up or Breakdown Ceremony and Reception-$5,000 ( Includes Use of Meadow, Upper Terrace and the Carriage House) Entire Day Access, Must Conclude by 10:00PM. Up to 250 Guests Additional: Kitchen Fee $1,500 Preferred/Recommended Caterer: Park Avenue Catering

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Beer and wine only- Exclusive caterer for venue- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No rice, birdseed, glitter, confetti, sparklers- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
