The complimentary shuttle ride to and from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, allows for quick and easy departures, taking the hassle out of wedding traveling for your guests. You will have your own personal Sheraton wedding specialist who knows that personalizing your wedding involves more than just attending to details. At the DFW Sheraton, there are many room options for you to host your wedding weekend activities. The incredible Grand Ballroom is the jewel of the Sheraton DFW. It holds up to 1,000 people, and of course still has room for your many guests to mingle and dance! The Galleria Ballroom features elegant chandeliers, dark wooden accents and room for up to 360 guests. Another choice for a smaller affair is the Grand Atrium. Filled with crystal chandeliers and with views of the pool, the Grand Atrium is also frequently used for cocktail hours. The staff at the DFW Sheraton will work hard to ensure your wedding is filled with moments of pleasure and enchantment as you unfold the next chapter of your life.

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for a ceremony and reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. Please inquire with venue for pricing and details of ceremony-only weddings or for use of the Local Texas Tap Room, which is a more relaxed atmosphere and would incorporate lounge-style seating for up to 150 guests.
