The elegant Victorian mansion is situated on three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and is ideal for both indoor and outdoor events. Inside, you'll feel as though you've stepped back in time as you discover the mansion's old-world elegance with its classic, turn-of-the-century décor, featuring period colors and wallpapers and rich wood trims. After a lovely ceremony near the wedding arbor, you’ll enjoy scenic outdoor backdrops that provide beautiful photo opportunities on this perfectly manicured property. With lush greenery, colorful flowers and traditional fountains, you and your guests will be surrounded by a picture-perfect setting. The rental fee ranges from $838 to $1,110 for Friday - Sunday rentals for a ceremony and reception for a 6-hour event. The rental fee will depend on the season, high and low season. Monday through Thursday rentals have a 3-hour minimum. Please inquire for the exact fees. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $185/hr during high season (May-September) and $135/hr during low season (October-April). There is a 6-hour minimum requirement on Friday evening, Saturdays & Sundays. A damage deposit of $300 is required, $500 if alcohol is served.
