Tucked away in the modest town of Topsfield, the Willowdale Estate offers happy couples with an elaborate mansion wedding venue that is the perfect fit for a vintage affair. Drawing inspiration from the estates and castles of Aberdeen in Scotland, this gorgeous Craftsman and Tudor Revival Mansion is a truly stunning early 20th century with a hearty stone exterior, red slate roof, and original leaded stained glass windows. Imagine exchanging your vows in the luminous conservatory with panoramic views of the surrounding state park as your backdrop or in the intimate butterfly garden. Hold an airy white tent reception during the summer or retreat indoors for your celebration. The mansion gives each big day an opulent vintage feel. Exposed wooden beams, intricate woodwork, skylights, french windows, and roaring stone-carved fireplaces create a singular atmosphere that you and your guests won’t soon forget! The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $8,000 for a reception and there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time including 2 hours for set up and 1 hour of clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $750. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. Requirements
- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Parking attendants provided for up to 65 parking spaces during the tent season and at least 50 spaces in mansion season - Client is required to provide a shuttle in our tent season and for over 100 guests in our mansion season- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
