Located on the edge of one of the most beautiful strands of Daytona Beach, Florida - The Shores barrier island - The Shores Resort & Spa offers a distinctively different approach to your special day. Exchange vows in one of the various venues available to you. The open-air Ocean Terrace sets the stage for your beach wedding overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Ocean and miles of beach are the perfect backdrop your perfect wedding at sunrise, sunset, or sun-time in between. The sound of seagulls and the ocean will provide the perfect musical harmony to your special day. Step up to the terrace's second level for your cocktail hour pre-wedding, or for a post-ceremony sip before drawing guests into one of our well appointed ballrooms for dinner. Indoors, you can select from the traditional elegance of the Grand Ballroom to the dramatic ocean or Intracoastal ballrooms. Located on the top "cloud" level of the beach resort, the ballroom venues offer floor to ceiling glass and unforgettable scenery as far as the eye can see. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee ranges from $750 to $2,500 for a ceremony. Please inquire with venue for a ceremony only wedding and to purchase additional hours.
