The largest venue, the Hilltop Barn, is a gorgeous, versatile barn with stunning grounds. Exchange vows inside the casually elegant Barn, with 20-foot-high ceilings, large doors for plenty of natural light to fill the venue, and polished-concrete floors. Or express your lifelong commitment outdoors, surrounded by natural pasture, or under the romantic pavilion rimmed by a carpet of lush, sodded lawn. A charming and dramatic location for those who prefer an intimate affair to start their new life, the Pond Pavilion is a picturesque backdrop of foliage, pond, field, meadow and mountain accented by a fabulous pond fountain. The Pavilion is a wonderful setting for holding a small wedding. If you seek a more secluded wedding venue, imagine a serene hideaway in a charming, upscale farmhouse near gardens of fragrant, colorful flowers and herbs at Cottage by the Pond. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $3,475 to $7,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes an all day rental excluding set up and clean up time. The fee is $500 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr only when staying past 11:30PM until 2:00AM.
