Celebrate your nuptials with a stylish reception in Aspen’s premier art gallery – Baldwin Gallery. Nestled in the heart of Aspen village, the Baldwin Gallery is a wonderful aesthetic gem that boasts two levels of space with original contemporary artwork. Polished white floors, white walls and ceilings, track lighting, and vibrant artwork, all work in harmony to create a sophisticated backdrop for your wedding celebration. The gallery provides a chic setting that can be completely designed using tables and/or chairs of your choice. Whether you envision a swanky cocktail reception or an elegant family-style dinner, the gallery can accommodate small to moderate sized gatherings. The gallery is a fitting complement to a ceremony held at a local place of worship.Venue Notes
The rental fee starts at $5,000 for a ceremony and reception. The rental fee will fluctuate based on time of year, availability and the impact the event has on the gallery. The venue includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged. All rentals must be handled through an outside vendor in which the venue can assist with this coordination. The catering menus will vary based on the total number of guests and meal preferences chosen. The meal pricing starts at $75 per person excluding staff/labor costs required and rentals.
