Inside, the space is simple in design and open in layout, providing you the option to create the exact floor plan configuration you’ll be needing. The walls and floors are neutral in tone, giving you the freedom to bring in centerpieces, florals and other decor to transform this blank canvas into the wedding of your dreams. The high ceilings create a grand ambiance while this large setting allows you and your guests to delight in the magic of your big day. The rental fee is $1,794 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $119/hr. The venue is only available for Saturday wedding bookings. Rates for 4 to 8 hour packages are available. Other rates available for events extending past 9PM and to serve alcohol on premises. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. All events that serve alcoholic beverages must use the venue's exclusive alcohol service. The bar prices in the Wedding Spot profile are based on 76 to 125 guests for a 4 hour package. Please inquire with the venues for the applicable fee for additional set up and extended event hours.Amenities And Requirements
