The Carriage House Overview

The Carriage House is a beautiful barn venue including an enchanting garden ceremony patio and brick cocktail hour courtyard. This 2000 square foot, climate-controlled barn displays a cozy and romantic setting. Opening the large barn doors reveals exposed beams, farmhouse tables, stringed market lights and a carriage-wheel chandelier. We love the barn’s ability to perfectly transform itself for a rustic celebration or an elegant, more formal affair. The Carriage House is in a prime location for downtown St. Augustine- close enough for after-party affairs and guest accommodations but far enough to have our own convenient parking lot (rarity in St. Auggie!) The venue offers spaces accommodating events of just the two of you for a secret garden elopement to full weddings with 130 of your friends and family.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $850 for a weekday elopement with up to 20 guests to $15k+ for an all-inclusive wedding package for up to 130 people. A $2000 retainer will secure your date for wedding packages, $3000 retainer for all-inclusive wedding packages, or 50% down for small packages. 6.5% FL sales tax applies to all rentals.

Requirements
