TihsreeD (Tiz-reed) Lodge is wedding venue, family reunion site and corporate retreat. The 50 acre property has many features you are sure to enjoy: sleeping arrangements for 40+ guests, walking trails, barn gathering and event area, wildlife, hot tubs, fireplaces, tee box and more. Each element of the property can be rented individually or the entire complex can be rented. Currently there are four elements: The Lodge, The Cabin, The Apartment and The Reception Barn. Overnight Accommodations for up to 42 and all the items listed above. (Total Security/Damage deposit of $1,000) Upper TihsreeD (The Lodge, The Apartment, and The Great Hall): 4 days/3 nights is $11,325 or 6 days/5 nights is $13,675 plus 3.9% tax. Overnight Accommodations for up to 24 and all the items listed above. (Total Security/Damage deposit of $1,000) Other requirements: 50% of rental fee pays to block dates (Full refund for cancellations 45 or more days in advance of stay). All Events/gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy per lodging accommodation will incur a $1,400/per event fee. A sales lodging tax of 3.9% will be added to all reservations. For Events such as weddings and corporate gatherings "day of event" insurance is required.
