Cavallo Point Overview

As one of Northern California's most romantic locations, your wedding at Cavallo Point will provide memories for you and your guests that will last a lifetime. This historic setting, located on former army base Fort Baker in Golden Gate National Park, provides sweeping views of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. Exchange vows in the quaint Mission Blue Chapel or outside in the Mission Blue Lawn, where the stunning views of the city skyline are endless. With tall wooden ceilings and rustic hanging lanterns, this Chapel is an inviting space that is set to be the perfect balance between vintage elegance and modern chic. The Callippe Ballroom, formerly the Fort Baker gymnasium, is another popular choice. Featuring 33' vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, add some pin spot and colorful up lighting to transform this venue into a wedding wonderland. In front of the Ballroom is a large, stone terrace that was made for a celebration under the stars as your guests can enjoy a cocktail at one of the elegant fire pits. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $6,500 to $9,500 for ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. There is a food and beverage minimum for all events. Discounted facility fees are also available for selected Saturdays in November, December, January, February and March.
