The Estate is nestled into a hilltop overlooking the Dry Creek Valley amidst eight acres of enchanting grounds and wooded areas. Known for its elegant garden weddings, the manor surrounds you and your guests with luxurious vineyards, expansive lawns, and towering trees that make you feel like you’ve found the ultimate paradise, hidden among the bustling city. Descend the fairytale staircase and walk down the aisle of the luscious garden surrounded by your friends and family to meet your spouse-to-be waiting under a flowing canopy of flowers. Madrona Manor’s elegant patio, wraparound porch, and grassy estate gardens will ensure your guests enjoy an exceptional view at every step while indulging in refreshing cocktails and delicious food as they toast your happiness.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $12,000 for ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. There is a minimum number of room rentals required for the Grand Estate Wedding for Friday and Saturday nights, rooms are ~$300-$400/night.
