The Rental Rate of $15,000+ is for a two to three-night reservation of the property (Depending on production schedule) with up 20 overnight guests (Additional Overnight Guests may be added at a rate of $65.00 per Guest times the number of nights of the reservation) and 100 day of ceremony / reception guests depending on the exact dates (Additional Guests may be added at a rate of $1,500 per increment of 25 Day Of Guests). OR $8,000+ for a Grounds Only Event with no access to any of the Estates Buildings. Different months and weeks have surge pricing based on availability and peak weeks. An after party in the barn can be arranged for an additional fee (midnight to 2AM $1,500, midnight to 4AM $3,000 total). The venue accommodates for <10 bookings a year. There is a $7,500 refundable deposit required. A Utility Package is available trough an exclusive relationship with an event company which will charge $14,500 for coordinating your event and vendors, with up to a 51’ x 111’ sailcloth tent, generator, portable restrooms, and trash dumpster so you can focus on the fun elements of planning your special weekend at Reading Farms Estate. Or you can choose to do it all on your own. We also have independent onsite catering by a private chef available for your meal needs!
