The rental fee is $400 for a reception and includes 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $1,400 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $120/hr. There is a 40 guest count minimum applied to all spaces. Please note, outside catering allowed for a $800 fee. December to March the capacity is 160. There is a 5% discount on non-Saturdays and off-peak season.Amenities And Requirements
