- ABSOLUTELY, NO rice for throwing, NO Confetti, NO glitter or anything similar will be allowed on Property- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Catering provided by venue- EXCESSIVE CLEAN UP due to supplies and such, provided by a)contact or b)anyone attending the event, c) anyone decorating for the event, d) florist...etc... is the responsibility of the Contact- Food & beverage minimum- If hiring a company to hang decor from ceiling and walls, the company must provide the Ramada with a "CERTIFICATE" from the company guaranteeing the materials are all fire proofed. Otherwise, it will not be permitted- Music must end by 11:00PM- NO CANDLES are allowed. Instead may use LED candles- No hanging décor- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations
