The Clarion Hotel offers elegant affordability just steps from Portland’s Thompson’s Point and all that the city of Portland has to offer. Our 3200 square foot Ballroom boasts a multi-tiered cream colored ceiling with wooden accents and soft lighting. The adjacent foyer with floor to ceiling windows provides an elegant entrance for you and your guests. Planning a more intimate wedding reception? Our Gallery Room can accommodate up to 70 with plenty of space for dinner and dancing. We try to make planning as easy as possible at the Clarion, including a significant amount of "day of" amenities such as a “ready room” for the bridal party before and after the ceremony, a dance floor, tables, chairs, custom linens, cutlery and glassware, cake cutting, and even a champagne toast for you and all of your guests! Whether it is a formal plated dinner or casual buffet style meal that you are looking for, our made from scratch menu options will please all your guests’ different tastes and your budget. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception with net food sales minimum. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $250. Additional hours can be arranged. A 10% discount will be provided on the following: Friday or Sunday receptions, discount on food for a rehearsal dinner if the reception is booked at the hotel, and discount on food for a bridal shower and/or post wedding brunch if a reception is booked at the hotel.
