The green grass and surrounding trees create a tranquil space for your "I do." Tenting over the courtyard can be arranged for an outdoor reception with style. Inside a stunning fireplace and hearth create a picturesque frame for your wedding celebration. The Payne-Corley also has a stunning ballroom. This neutral colored room has beautiful lighting with windows that overlook the property. Stylish furnishings make the ballroom an inviting and sharp interior space. The Payne-Corley House is a gem venue in any season. The professional staff will work with you to create a day that is customized for a unique wedding experience.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $625 to $2,250 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $900 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
