Celebrate your Big Day at Seasons Event and Conference Center. Located at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Portland, Maine. Seasons boasts the rustic, natural beauty of its surrounding area. Host a grand, elegant reception in one of Portland’s largest ballrooms. With more than 12,000 square feet of recently renovated reception space, you will be able to custom design and decorate the venue to your specific wishes. Seasons’ professional and experienced Event Coordinators will assist you in making your very own happily ever after. Celebrate your “I-do’s” with a delicious , gourmet feast. Dance the night away with all your family and friends in a spacious atmosphere of romantic, warm lighting. At Seasons Event and Conference Center, our team will work diligently to make your dream wedding, a flawless occasion to remember.

Venue Notes

A signed contract and $500 non-refundable deposit is required to book your wedding date We do also charge a room fee of $1000 for any 5-hour block before 12AM. You may add hours to your event time beyond the five hour block at a rate of $200 per hour. Times must be established 30 days prior to your event start date. We charge an additional $300 for all ceremonies.
