Fern Cottage Overview
Nestled in Kennedy Grove Regional Park, Fern Cottage is the perfect site for a rustic woodland wedding! The surrounding grove is situated at the base of San Pablo Dam, and its whispering eucalyptus trees offer a fragrant, calm setting for a picturesque wedding. Beautifully landscaped, casual, and rustic, the cottage offers a serene escape to its guests. The cottage features a spacious enclosed backyard where ceremonies or receptions can take place. A charming border of flowers and a covered deck fosters a sense of intimacy amidst the grand woods. A separate deck out front allows your guests to roam around and admire the natural flora surrounding the cottage. The rental fee ranges from $500 to $550 for ceremony and reception and includes 9 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr. A damage deposit is required and ranges from $500 to $1,000. For nonresidents of Alameda and Contra Costa counties, there is a surcharge that equals 20% of the rental fee.
