Requirements
- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO alcohol- Choose from a list for catering- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No smoking, candles, open flames (including sterno burners), balloons and/or wall decorations are permitted inside any of the buildings- Site Rentals require a certificate of Insurance to be issued by the renters’ insurance company- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- We require the rental of a floor covering for the use of an outside dance space
