Saratoga Springs offers a spectacular natural outdoor wedding venue. Nestled in the hills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, just two miles from downtown Saratoga, this memorable venue is the Bay Area’s oldest, continually operating picnic facility, and has been family-owned since the late 1800s. Tranquil streams wind their way through the verdant canyon, and peaceful creek walks let you explore the incomparable beauty that is so much a part of the Saratoga Springs experience. The towering Redwood trees reach up to dazzling blue skies and create a serene canopy for your vows. Your guests will enjoy a charming reception in a fairytale forest, with sunlight streaming through the trees and making your party sparkle. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $7,450 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a minimum guest count required for all events which range from 15 to 125 guests depending on the reception venue. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1000/hr. A refundable security deposit that ranges from $100 to $1,000 is required. Additional set up fees may apply. Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO wine/champagne allowed with corkage fee- Beer and wine only- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 10:00PM- Must use venue's DJ and photobook vendor- No confetti, glitter etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
