The rental fee is $1,000 for weekday, single day rentals, when guest accommodations are not required. The rental fee is $9,020 for exclusive access to the property Friday PM through Sunday at noon and includes guest accommodations at Highland Lake Inn for 20 guests for a 2-night stay.
