Indiana State Museum Overview

Located in White River State Park in downtown Indianapolis, The Indiana State Museum is one of Indianapolis’ premier rental facilities. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $650 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $1,350 with reception rental or $1,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. Please note, discounts may apply during the holiday season.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Exclusive caterer for venue- Food & beverage minimum- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 2:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations- no real or fake flowers inside for aisle or tables, no aisle runners (inside or outside), candles must be enclosed
