Tucked away in the heart of Freeport Village, the Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown is your ideal location for a classy, traditional wedding. With over 6,500 square feet of meeting space, this inn is equipped to host a seamless large wedding or a more intimate one. Our traditional Ballroom offers an elegant setting for up to 240 guests while offering the flexibility to host more intimate gatherings of 50 guests. Our Old Town Hall Meeting Place is the perfect ceremony location for up to 150 guests and comes rich with history as Freeport’s original Town Hall built in 1849. We were sure to keep as much of the original charm during its complete renovation. If you prefer an outdoor ceremony we can secure the lovely Memorial Park adjacent to the hotel. No matter what, you have the option to host everything right on site in the same location. If you are holding your wedding ceremony in the winter months, embark here for your wedding pictures. The trees are decorated with fluorescent, colorful bulbs and draped with string lights during the winter months. Take a picture that will stun you for years to come, as you and your spouse pose next to this winter wonderland. Post-ceremony, you and your guests will have a breathtaking view of the snow and the surrounding nature as you relax in the cozy lounge, next to the warmth of the fireplace.

Venue Notes

A food and beverage minimum is applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $800 to $1,000 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. There is also a chair dressing fee of $300.00 for white spandex covers.
