Cool Springs House Overview
The Cool Springs House is a charming wedding venue nestled in Brentwood's Crocket park. This spacious historic home provides your wedding celebration a beautiful lawn or timeless barn for an outdoor ceremony. After your ceremony, you and your guests can head to the home's front porch for an hour of cocktails and appetizers. As guests move inside into the reception space they will seem to travel back in time as this historic Victorian farmhouse has been preserved with the utmost care. For those who are interested in a romantic vintage wedding, or one with an old-timey theme the Cool Springs House is a fun and festive option. The interior space features old fixtures, floral wallpaper, original fireplaces, and more. The addition of custom wedding decorations will help to create a wedding environment that is distinctly yours.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $350 to $850 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. There is also a $200 required cleaning fee applied to all events.Amenities And Requirements
