Mandarin Community Club Overview
The Mandarin Community Club is the perfect venue to host your next event whether it's a wedding, party, or a neighborhood meeting. The Club offers a unique and welcome setting to entertain your guests and is available for rent year round. Surrounded by beautiful oak trees, this charming building was once the Mandarin School founded by author, Harriet Beecher Stowe (Uncle Tom's Cabin). Features include: Beautiful preserved hardwood floors perfect for dancing. Fully equipped kitchen with an open serve counter. Rectangular tables and matching indoor folding chairs. Ample on-site parking with Handicap accessibility. Accommodates up to 115 guests or more depending on the type of event. Fully air conditioned and heated. Outdoor ceremony area in the Gazebo of the Billard Commemorative Park located on the club grounds.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $175 to $650 for a ceremony and reception and includes 16 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with venue for half day rental availability and specifics.Amenities And Requirements
