Hosting the event of the year? Select from three modern ballrooms – accommodating more than 1,000 guests – featuring stages and jumbo-screen televisions. The Grand Regency Ballroom – the largest in upstate South Carolina – with gorgeous décor and beautiful views of Main Street and NOMA Square. For smaller, more intimate gatherings, choose our Teal Suite, which blends exquisite artwork, gorgeous French doors and mahogany furnishings with ultra-chic contemporary decor. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $500 to $5,000 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
