Dixon Gallery and Gardens Overview
Tucked away in the Woodland Gardens, the Hughes Pavilion at the Dixon is an elegant venue that can be transformed to fit any style. The large skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows of the Pavilion offer ample light and a panoramic view of the woodlands, and the surrounding patios allow your event to spill into the outdoors. Our sprawling, 17 acre grounds house two garden spaces to choose from for a ceremony: the sweeping expanse of the South Lawn and the more intimate circle of the Bowlin Stage.Venue Notes
The rental fee for a ceremony-and-reception is $7500.00 and a reception-only or rehearsal dinner is $7000.00; a separate, refundable $500.00 damage deposit is also required and any of these options may book up to 18 months in advance. Requirements
- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO alcohol- Ceremony areas may not be tented- Dixon tables and chairs may not be used on grass or unpaved spaces- Exclusive caterer for venue- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No sparklers- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wheelchair access limited
