Lionsgate Event Center Overview

As seen on Married at First Sight! Lionsgate Event Center is a wedding venue in Lafayette, CO. The staff at this event space has 32 years of combined experience facilitating magical events for couples who choose to say "I do." They recognize that many people desire privacy on their wedding day. Therefore, couples are offered full use of the property's historic dwellings and landscaped grounds for their ceremony and reception. The team aims to personalize each couple's ceremony in order to bring their wedding-day visions to fruition. Lionsgate Event Center is home to three separate venue spaces: The Gatehouse, The Chandelier Barn, and The Dove House. The Gatehouse, which was built in 1910, boasts elegant features such as stained glass windows, an antique staircase, and a grand ballroom. This large space can accommodate up to 350 guests. The Dove House, which was built in 1927, sits atop the estate's gardens and features brick walls and lush greenery. This historic manor can host up to 150 individuals for celebrations of love. The third event space available at the Lionsgate Event Center is the intimate, glamorous Chandelier Barn. This room received its name due to the fact that it is home to 37 chandeliers, which help to create the space's romantic ambiance. Ideal for ceremonies, this venue can accommodate up to 100 of couples' loved ones. Couples who choose this venue are provided with a team of wedding planners and staff to help them prepare and plan their wedding. This team can arrange customized, all-inclusive packages or assist with individual aspects of couples' events. Clients can utilize the venue's tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, centerpieces and much more.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $5,000 to $13,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time, with additional time for set up and tear down. Our timing is flexible, and we can serve alcohol as late as 2am! Also included in our base cost is tables, chairs, linens (over 90 colors and styles!), tableware, decor items in our design room, and a full service wedding planner to help with anything else you might need. Our planners will book vendors for you, help you create your timeline and layout, run your rehearsal as well as everything day of, and more to really create a customized all-inclusive experience.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Guest areas are handicap accessible, but some getting ready rooms are not- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Outside Catering is allowed, but we do require you hire our on-site waitstaff if you choose to go this route- Smoking outside only- We do require you to use one of our preferred vendors for liquor, rentals, and DJ- Wheelchair access limited- You are welcome to stay as late as you like, but the bar has to stop serving alcohol at 2am
