Venue Notes

The CORDELLE rental rate ranges from $4,888 (Friday / Sunday) to $5,750 (Saturdays) for a ceremony and reception. The booking is for a total of 14 hours in the space, including load-in, set-up, event timeline and breakdown. Additional hours can be added to your rental for a fee of $300/hr. The flat rate rental includes all amenities on property with use of the Furnished Suite, Catering Kitchen, Lawn/Garden, Covered Porch, Great Hall, Victorian, and open street parking for up to 150 guests.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
