With its turret-like hose tower, the exterior of the building harkens back to a time when horse-drawn carts were used alongside the first motorized fire engines; when large bells were rung by firemen instead of the glaring sirens of today. As the last turn-of-the-century firehouse in Superior, this 1898 building offers a unique setting for a small ceremony or one-of-a-kind photo opportunities. Say your vows on the first floor in front of one of the museum’s historic rigs, from the 19th-century, horse-drawn buggy used by the Fire Chief to the fully motorized 1944 L Model Mack truck. Or, treat your guests to an unforgettable experience by getting hitched in a replica jail cell on the second floor of this historic building.
