Wisconsin Masonic Center Overview

The Wisconsin Masonic Center has a space for any type of wedding you can possibly imagine. The Grand Ballroom is a perfect setting for wedding receptions, banquets, fundraisers, Christmas parties, or trade shows. Guests will be surrounded by majestic pillars and marble terrazzo floors, and a stage is available for award presentations or speeches. The ballroom can accommodate a range of activities from a small reception of 120 to a sit-down dinner for up to 450 guests. The Classroom and Small Dining Room are two charming meeting and dining rooms that are spacious enough to accommodate a sizable function while providing a cozy setting for your breakfast/ meeting, luncheon presentation or intimate dinner. The John Catlin Room has a homey fireplace and antique furnishings,the perfect setting for casual, relaxed conversation among guests. The Masonic Auditorium is Madison Wisconsin's best-kept secret. This impressive facility provides a grand setting for live performances or presentations. Complete with its original acoustics and fixtures, and a proscenium stage, the majestic ambiance of this room is breathtaking. The Auditorium provides an excellent presentation environment and will certainly call attention to your creative planning skills.

Venue Notes

The rental cost for the ballroom starts at $900 for a reception which includes 3 hours, $200/hour after the first 3. The fee for a ceremony starts at $750 with reception rental with a $125 ceremony rehearsal fee. Get ready rooms are available at a rate of $150-200 depending on time needed. A $4,000 food and beverage minimum will be applied to all events. A $2/person setup fee covers the setup/usage/cleanup of tables, chairs, glassware, silverware, and plates (this does not include decorations). Decorations and chair covers are the responsibility of the patron to set up and clean up. Please inquire with the Events Manager for cocktail hour room rental.
