Enterprise South Nature Park is situated on 2,800 wooded acres of sprawling pristine nature that were previously a part of the Volunteer Army Ammunition Plant property. The property’s heritage has been preserved in the concrete magazines used to store explosives during the days TNT was manufactured on the property. This historic park now offers miles of scenic walking paths, bike paths, and off-road biking trails as well as a small lake that attracts deer, turkeys, and other wildlife.
