The Rye Patch Estate is Aiken’s most charming wedding venue. This large, lavish home on the 10 acre estate adjacent to Hopelands Gardens, was the winter home of the Rogers family. The Rye Patch, with its library, sun room, dining room, and two kitchens was designed to host parties for the Rogers family throughout its years in their possession. Your guests enter the Rye Patch Estate by strolling through Pat's Rose Garden, enchanted by the scent of flowers as they make their way to your event. A short stroll up a brick pathway sets the tone for a romantic atmosphere and a fun filled evening to come. The Rye Patch can host outdoor ceremonies and indoor/outdoor receptions. Say your vows under the low hanging branches of hundred year old oak trees in the pinnacle of elegance and Old World sophistication, then dance the night away just as the elite did in the early 1900s.
