The hotel's West Fargo Conference Center is the premier destination for weddings in the Fargo Moorhead area. With over 5,200 square feet of flexible meeting space, the ballroom is perfect for an elegant ceremony and reception. The Grand Ballroom with its extra high ceilings and LED lighting is the perfect backdrop to the theme you choose for your special day. With its simple elegance, you will be able to choose any color scheme and pull it off perfectly, with class. For smaller parties split the ballroom into two spaces for your ceremony and reception and have a flawless, seamless transition from one event to the next. Spacious pre-function space can be utilized to greet your guests and display mementos of your romance to look at before the ceremony. In house food and beverage catering is available at the center and the exquisite creations our Chef are sure to tantalize the tastebuds of your guests and leave them thoroughly impressed. Your out of town guests will be comfortable in our spacious hotel rooms. Each guest room is a studio or one-bedroom suite with a sofa sitting area, adjustable workspace, fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi and 2 HDTVs. Hotel amenities include a restaurant and lounge, indoor pool, whirlpool, and large fitness center. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Our diligent property team, as well as corporate Hilton hotels, have put forth a very detailed and thorough list of cleaning procedures to ensure your event is safe and comfortable. Our staff members are required to wear masks at all times in event spaces and public areas. We also require our guests to wear their masks in public spaces. Event space requirements are up to the discretion of the group renting the venue. We have taken extra precautions and wipe down our high-volume touch-points multiple times a day and have hand sanitizer stations readily available in our venue. We are doing our best to ensure a safe and happy event!

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 for a full-day rental. An on-site ceremony is an additional $300.
