Town of Windsor Community Recreation Center Overview

The Town of Windsor is a rapidly developing and unique community located in the heart of northern Colorado. It is situated between the mountains and the plains where open sky meets towering peaks. The Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture Department oversees the provision of services related to recreation and cultural opportunities for the entire community through quality programs, facilities, service and management of natural resources. The Community Recreation Center offers you a variety of options to custom create your perfect wedding. The Evergreen Room can be partitioned into smaller rooms or can be used in its entirety to suit your event. It features beautifully finished hardwood floors, elegant lighting, 2 wet bars and a convenient projector screen. Lights may be dimmed to enhance the mood of your wedding. The exterior boasts a sleek, modern design that sets the tone for an exciting celebration. Gather your family and friends at the Town of Windsor Community Recreation Center.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $600 to $1,300 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Please inquire with the venue for a 4-hour rental rate or hourly rates that are available. Smaller venue spaces are available, please inquire for the applicable rental rates available. The venue has a small patio available, please inquire with the capacity and rental fees available. For any special events (with venue approval), a preferred alcohol vendor is required (inquire for rates) and a policy of more than 3.2% alcohol is permitted in parks. No glass containers are allowed. No alcohol cannot be sold without a special permit.
