The Morehead Inn is the perfect setting for your day or evening wedding ceremony and receptions. The inn's history, elegance, and architecture have made it the single most unique wedding experience in Charlotte. Pledge your love in a romantic, outdoor ceremony on the inn's grounds. After the ceremony, guests can mix and mingle over cocktails on the main floor of the inn, while you pose for your formal portraits. Reunite with your guests for either a cocktail reception or a seated dinner, with your choice of either an indoor or outdoor venue. The courtyard provides a magical setting for an alfresco dinner reception. After dinner you can dance beneath the stars. The in-house wedding coordinator will help you with all the details of your celebration, from menu selection to photographers and florists, so that your special day is one you treasure forever.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $1,750 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $200 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee, please inquire with venue for details. Rental requires purchase of 8 lodging room to accommodate up to 16 guests.
