Mildale Farm Overview

Mildale Farm is Johnson County’s premier event facility and the perfect venue for your special day. The on-site facilities feature unique lodging and large event accommodations beautifully situated on 22 rolling acres of meadows, hills, and woodlands. The centerpiece of Mildale Farm is a high-quality constructed barn featuring a stunning center cupola and dormer windows. The barn has 13,000 square feet of usable space. Though designed with an equestrian motif, this peg constructed barn with few mechanical fasteners, has never been used for keeping horses or other animals. It has a beautiful hand-laid brick floor for a vintage, chic look. The estate house is made up of a fully furnished, 3,354-square-foot brick home in the Williamsburg style with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a living room, family room, kitchen, dining room and a recreation room. In addition, a fully furnished 1,249-square-foot cottage is equipped with 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, living room, and kitchen. The 20-foot wide primary driveways within the farm site feature approximately 2,500 linear feet of brick construction. Lining the property boundaries along U.S. Highway 56, and 199th Street is approximately five miles of striking three-rail white fencing. The property also includes nine man-made fishing ponds, including two that are between five and seven acres, making for a beautiful backdrop to your wedding photos.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $9500 for a ceremony and reception and includes a Thursday thru Monday rental including set up and clean up time and overnight accommodations for 12 guests. Off season packages available upon request.
