Venue Notes

For 2020, we are offering two packages. The first is a Wedding Weekend package that includes the use of our hillside venue for up to three days, giving you and your guests a chance to get away to our beautiful farm to spend Friday morning (9:00 a.m.) through Sunday afternoon (5:00 p.m.) together. We specialize in customizing each wedding package because of the number of great spaces on the farm. Total venue rental cost for the Weekend Wedding package is $30,000 shoulder seasons, $35,000 June through September. Please note that catering and alcohol prices are customized for each unique celebration and are not included in this total. Secondly, you may choose the One-Day wedding, which in includes all of the amenities listed below except for lodging, in addition to day use of the Bungalow for the bridal party, and day use of one lodge room and lodge lobby for the groom and groomsmen. Lodging may be added to this package by the room (in the lodges), or by the house, as outlined below. Total venue rental cost for the One-Day package is $18,000 year round. Please note that catering and alcohol prices are customized for each unique celebration and are not included in this total. Ceremony We offer you the choice of two outdoor locations for your ceremony- the jaw dropping Great Lawn (capacity unlimited), or the intimate Ceremony Garden (Capacity 240). Cocktail Hour Our spacious brick patio, Great Lawn, or Ceremony Garden, provide spectacular settings for your guests to enjoy refreshments. Reception The historic Hippodrome serves as an exceptional space for your reception (capacity 550 seated for dinner).
