Our Ava Rose Package entitles you to the private use of Richwood on the River from Friday noon until Sunday noon, including 5 mansion bedroom suites, 6 cottage houses, 2 luxury carriage house apartments, all on our 117 acre beautifully manicured grounds. This package includes overnight accommodations for up to 40 guests for 2 nights. Peak Season Cost: $12,000 - plus 7% tax and $750 refundable damage deposit. Off Season Cost: $10,000 - plus 7% tax and $750 refundable damage deposit (Off-Season is November – April) For an elegant 'Day Of' celebration with a unique personalized feel, our Honor Package is right for you. This package begins with access to the Carriage House hall on Friday for load in at 3:00 PM, then on Saturday enjoy an elegant day full of celebration (8 am to 10 pm), and the wedding of your dreams. Peak Season Cost: $7,500 - plus 7% tax and $750 refundable damage deposit. Off Season Cost: $5,500 - plus 7% tax and $750 refundable damage deposit (Off-Season is November – April) Richwood on the River is your ideal destination for your Week Day Wedding. Experience everything Richwood on the River has to offer with three full days on the property! Our Cherish Package entitles you to the private use of Richwood on the River from noon on Monday until noon on Thursday, including 5 mansion bedroom suites, 6 cottage houses, 2 luxury carriage house apartments, all on our beautifully manicured grounds.
