Columns of Georgia Overview
The Columns of Georgia is a beautifully restored 1905 Greek Revival estate sitting of one acre of beautiful landscaped grounds and includes two fountains in the garden area which is the perfect place for that outdoor southern dream wedding! Celebrate throughout the house, courtyard and gardens. Greet your guests on the veranda and welcome them into the grand foyer. Entertain in the parlor, serve in the formal dining room, and dine in the spacious step-down sunroom. Steal away to the study for some quiet time or have a quick touch-up in the powder room. The grand staircase complete with stained glass augments the magic of that special moment you descend to the waiting crowds below. And for the final touch there is the columned balcony to end this special day with a toss of the bouquet. Choose from an indoor ceremony in the house or an outdoor ceremony in the gardens. You and your guests can celebrate your special day in Carriage House adjacent to the gardens or the large reception tent complete with marbleized flooring perfect for dancing the night away.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $2,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding is $500. Please inquire for a 4-hour rental package available. Please inquire for 301-500 guests that can be accommodated. There is a wedding package offered for 100 people which includes the following: site rental fee, meals, beverages, music set up for the DJ, decoration services, rehearsal fee, basic flowers, wedding coordination, sparklers, guest book (taxes included) starting at $7,250.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Beer and wine only- Catering provided by venue- Heat lamps is $25/heater if provide the propane tanks- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Outside caterer allowed for a fee- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
