Magnolia Village (prev.Samary Plantation) Overview
Magnolia Village is a beautiful wedding venue located in Eagleville, Tennessee. Magnolia Village is a picturesque venue. You will be thrilled to host an outdoor wedding ceremony on the lawn. The lush green grass along with trees create a welcoming environment to exchange vows with your love. If it should rain the Village has a Barn that may also be used to say "I do". The Cocktail Stables, originally a 10 stall barn beautifully translates to an intimate ceremony site. Afterward, head to the Carriage House for an elegant reception. This large wooden interior air barn has high ceilings and a stunning iron chandelier that hangs from the center of the room. The Carriage House is outfitted with draped fabric and string lights to create a romantic atmosphere for your evening. You and your guests will be thrilled to dance the night away in this site. Twist and twirl out under the stars on a porch adjacent to the Carriage House. A celebration at Magnolia Village is a chic rustic celebration from start to finish.Venue Notes
The rental fee is between $3700-$4500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of rental time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of 50% is required. Please note, wedding package includes: use of campus, day prior of rehearsal, house for bridal night party, house for overnight stay on wedding night and security services.Amenities And Requirements
