For an indoor celebration, look to one of the lodge’s elegant private dining rooms. Each space perfectly combines modern sophistication with the timeless beauty of classic wilderness lodge architecture. Combining impeccable service with stunning venues, the Angel Fire Resort Lodge offers a truly unique setting for your big day! The Resort Lodge is located at the base of the mountain, allowing up-close access to the mountain and Resort amenities. All lodging rooms and condominiums are located close to the ski area; allowing convenient access to Resort amenities such as restaurants, indoor pool and hot tub, and fitness center. Our Country Club reception venue has stunning views of Wheeler Peak the highest peak in New Mexico. Additionally, Angel Fire Resort boasts a wide variety of activities for you and your guests, including championship golf, hiking, ziplining, world class mountain biking, horseback riding, ATV tours, fishing, white water rafting and skiing and snowboarding during our winter season. With summer temperatures of 76 on average, we offer a cool getaway and all the amenities your guests could ask for.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony venue are $750.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Biodegradable throwables only- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 11:00PM- No open flame, battery candles only- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Reception end time is 10pm- Smoking in designated areas only- Valet parking or shuttle service required- Venue must approve all decorations
