The 1,200 square foot Oak Parquet dance floor is simply stunning and a worthy choice for your first dance as a married couple. This grand chapel-like building has a unique design that will welcome your guests with lavish flourish as they enter the lot and walk up the driveway. The canopied entrance area leads to intricately carved, heavy double doors that open up to the quaint lobby, professionally decorated for your viewing pleasure. Venue Notes

There rental fees shown are based on a 150 guest minimum for the reception. The venue allows 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $750 with reception rental. An additional hour can be arranged for a fee of $11 per person. Discounts apply for higher guest counts, please inquire with venue for exact pricing, as well as guest count below 150 options.
