Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $7,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to rent the Sundeck for a wedding ceremony is $10/person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on an October evening wedding with the Buffet Package II. The hotel requires the rental of 18 guestrooms (the rooms with an obstructed view due to the tent), if a tented reception is booked on the Sundeck. The minimum to have a reception on the Sundeck is 120 guests. The rental of Ocean Club’s 6 Sundeck Cabana guestrooms is required if the Sundeck is reserved for a ceremony and/or cocktail hour.
