Tipton-Haynes Historic Site Overview
Tipton-Haynes Historic Site is located in the Johnson City of Northeast Tennessee. This estate of 45 acres is home to eleven historic buildings, a cemetery, limestone cave, natural spring, trails, and Visitor Center. You and your guests will enjoy a step back in time as you celebrate your special day in a fun immersive environment. You and your guests can enjoy an outdoor wedding ceremony on the lawn or tuck against one of the historic wooden buildings. The historic structures and lush green lawn create a charming backdrop to your vows. Enjoy a day outdoors as you explore the buildings, spend time with loved ones, and eat on the lawn. A wedding day at Tipton-Haynes is a simple affair perfect for those who are interested in a relaxed picnic style reception. The rental fee is $1,300 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee is $650 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required.Amenities And Requirements
