The Oak Room Overview

The Leawood Community Center is located on the lower level of City Hall and features three rooms ideal for your event. The Oak Room is largest space with the capacity to host over 200 guests. With natural light, the overall space is neutral in color allowing the option to transform the room. Add flower arrangements to the stage to accent your head table and other decorations throughout the room that reflect your style. Lush large trees, well-maintained landscaping, and wooden amphitheater just outside the building create a gorgeous backdrop for your photos. Part of Leawood Parks & Recreation, The Oak Room in the Community Center has an open vendor policy and is an ideal location for your event. Interested in our smaller spaces? Inquiry today! Venue Notes

The Oak Room rental fee ranges from $60/hour to $195/hour based on renter's residency and day of the week the event is held. Minimum time block is 2 hours and includes set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required.
