At Rotary Botanical Gardens (RBG) we have something special to offer and we hope that you feel the difference in our relaxed atmosphere, where love wins and laughter is abound. RBG is an ever-changing canvas; each season brings new colors and textures that will delight both you and your guests! The Gardens offer a large array of backdrops and landscapes, capturing both exciting and intimate moments. Outdoor weddings are available the first weekend in May through mid-October. Indoor receptions and ceremony’s are available year round and pricing may vary. Rotary Botanical Gardens in Janesville, Wisconsin is an award winning, 20-acre non-profit botanic garden; home to many dramatic and themed gardens. With six charming and versatile wedding Garden spaces, a lovely slate tiled atrium, elegant ballroom and sun-dappled terrace, we are here to help you transform the Garden of choice into the wedding of your dreams. Your special day will be magical from beginning to end, from the moment your guests step through the garden gate until the sun goes down.

Venue Notes

Receptions/Banquets in the Parker Education Center: As your guests enter, they will be welcomed by a lovely slate tiled atrium, elegant ballroom and sun-dappled patio terrace. The perfect setting for mingling on the patio with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres for up to 250 guests. The facility rental price includes the following services: Setup and tear down of RBG’s tables and chairs Gift table, cake table, DJ table, guest book table and risers for small head table (12 or less) Dance floor area Screen & projector Bar setup and tear down with licensed bartenders Complimentary Wi-Fi and Parking Access to facility beginning at 9 a.m. and ending by 12 a.m. The rental fee for the reception hall is $2500.00 plus a $250.00 retainer fee
