As you begin to plan your outdoor wedding, the Greensboro Parks & Recreation Department invites you to consider the Greensboro Arboretum as your wedding venue. The Gardens of Greensboro are open year-round, sunrise to sunset, and may be reserved for your wedding ceremony. The Greensboro Arboretum is located off West Market Street and Wendover Avenue. The Winter Garden Collection is the site of the beautiful and popular Tanger Family Gazebo. Multiple sites are located throughout the garden and accommodate small to large events for 30-150 guests.This 17-acre garden features 12 permanent plant collections and special display gardens along with structural features, including a fountain, overlook, arbor, bridges and benches. Wedding guests will enjoy the year-round beauty of the garden as they celebrate your nuptials. The lush greenery, tall trees and colorful flowers create the perfect backdrop to your first photos as a married couple. Pose in front of the fountain and kiss as the sun sets on your perfect day.
